Inform within 7- days of delivery .
Please send photos on our whatsapp number - 9023005439 - with order number & reason .
Reverse pickup will be done from our end at no cost & Exchange product will reach you separately as prepaid order .
Refund shall be done on UPI ID - after we receive the product at our facility.
In case of Sale/ Offer product - we do not offer reverse pickup , customers need to do a self courier by informing on our whatsapp number -9023005439
